• $5,000-7,000 appliances
• $3,500 metal roofing
• $12,000 frame, lumber, sheathing, siding, etc.
• $3,000 insulation
• $4,000-6,500 HVAC
• $4,000-7,000 plumbing, electrical, data
• $1,500-4,500 tile kitchen, bathroom
• $6,000-10,000 cabinets and woodworking
• 500-1000 man hours per build

Total Cost

The finished homes vary from $75,000 to $140,000 and beyond for a top end custom build.

Most homes start around $300 per sq. Ft. with many additional options and features available.
